“Moto Reveries” refers to the online marketplace facilitating bookings of motorcycle tours and training services.

Role of Moto Reveries
Moto Reveries operates solely as an online intermediary platform. We do not own, operate, or provide any motorcycle tours or training services ourselves. All bookings made through the Moto Reveries platform form a direct contractual relationship between the rider (the “Customer”) and the tour operator (the “Provider”). Moto Reveries is not a party to this agreement.
Moto Reveries does not combine or resell travel services as part of a package. We do not qualify as a travel organiser under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.
Our role is limited to facilitating:
- The listing and discovery of motorcycle tours and experiences;
- Secure online booking and payment processing via third-party providers (e.g. Stripe);
- Communication and coordination between riders and tour operators.
Moto Reveries acts solely as a limited payment collection agent on behalf of Tour Operators, for the purpose of facilitating bookings made via the platform. This does not create an agency, employment, or ownership relationship. Moto Reveries does not hold customer funds in trust or escrow. All payments are securely processed through licensed payment providers (e.g., Stripe) and disbursed to Operators under the terms agreed at the time of booking.
Moto Reveries is not a licensed financial institution and does not safeguard customer funds beyond the extent provided by third-party payment processors.
Moto Reveries is not responsible for the performance, safety, or delivery of any tour or experience listed on the platform.
